以前来澳门，都是入住丽思和四季。这是我第一次入住文华东方，他们的热情和专业的态度，给我留下极其深刻的印象。因为带着老人入住，前台帮我挑选了最好的楼层，景观视野开阔。在此表示感谢，酒店碰到每个服务人员都是彬彬有礼。因为一大早要回深圳，我们早早退房。预约了酒店的送车服务，车辆准时到达，尤其要表扬那位高大的外籍客服人员，主动帮我们拿行李到酒店的车上。直到我们离开，都是站在旁边，这种专注的服务态度，让人颇为感动，下次来澳门，一定会再次选择文华东方

前台服务真心不好 比较恶劣！让帮忙调换大床坚决不调 还把订的无烟房故意给成吸烟房 没办法打电话给携程帮忙 给帮忙调了说明酒店服务意识还有可是个别服务人员素质有待提高

非常棒的酒店，服务非常好，酒店很干净好安静，入住很舒服。房间的送的苏打水味道很好，洗浴用品很棒，并且入住的时候前台贴心的帮忙升级了景观房，并赠送了非常棒的神秘小礼物。非常值得推荐入住。

酒店位置靠近马路，隔着马路有一大片车辆停放的区域，再回去就是海，低楼层景观就没那么好看了。酒店硬件设施不过不失，软件服务比较好，工作人员比较热情积极，准备了婴儿床婴儿洗护用品等，客房有问题随时解决。靠近美高梅，可以坐它的免费巴士。离大三巴牌坊打的的话也不远，30多块吧。孩子玩乐设施是没有的，泳池可以大人陪同下用，服务员态度很好。
