蛮失望的！服务很一般！早上有打扫工作人员直接开门！连门都不敲！之前和酒店确认了可以升级房型，到了前台问我收钱！刚刚疫情期间，清明节去的，和我说房间满了无法升级？但是加钱就有房间？
下次不会去住了！永利皇宫好多了！去吃饭补办会员卡，还表示可以送我房间！

服务态度很好！房间打扫卫生的服务员工作很认真，把我个人用品摆放整齐放在毛巾上面，看得出很用心！疫情当下，来澳门游客不多，正事拼服务的时候，哪里的服务好、够细致，哪些客户就会再次光顾！我只不过把我的感受告知服务台表扬服务员，没想酒店很重视，特意打来电话又送了水果和巧克力，感谢！

本来因为疫情，延迟了回深计划，有点郁闷。结果服务很好心情就好多了。前台jeno小哥哥很nice，还给升级了房间，还送了小狮子和水果盘，mini bar的饮品还是免费的。各方面都很超棒！洗护用品也好好用，之前用了别的酒店洗发水超可怕。下次如果时间长点，想体验spa服务。服务很专业。酒店很漂亮，卫生干净，环境也很好！下次还会来喔！
