这是一个历史悠久的建筑改造成的酒店，因为每天只有12个房间对外出租，所以很安静，服务态度也很好。酒店内有澳门唯一的西班牙餐厅(虽然吃不惯，也给点个赞)，这地方有公共汽车(28A)直到门口，正常的游客是不会走到这里来的，往前500米左右就是旅游的地点。

和爸妈一起住的，说实话硬件设备很好，但是陈旧。古堡特色文化没有体现出来，有点失望。再有就是，服务需改善。朋友说澳门本来就挺资本主义国家特色的，加上这两年经济萧条，服务业和之前??确实差劲了许多。

非常完美的地方，很古典，很有味道。而且服务很贴心，饮料任喝，还有高档免费面膜。就一个字，赞！下次还来这住。

酒店硬件不错，很传统有味道！不推荐的理由：1、可门口在施工，加上离公路很近，很吵；2、某些服务人员态度不好，刚刚过10分钟就拼命催促离店；3、小酒吧需要留下瓶子的提示莫名其妙，拜托你是2000多块的酒店，客人有必要占这种小便宜吗？

说实话，这家酒店的服务跟价格完全不成正比：第一，服务员几乎每天都站在固定的位置看着客户来来往往，看到我们提着一车重物，也是完全站在那里一动不动，冷眼看着我们搬，一点帮忙的意思都没有，酒店没有电梯算是石梯，不明白他们站在那里是做什么。第二，这酒店服务并不热情，可以说是从我入门除了开门的大叔以外，其他人一律都是面无表情地回答问题。想必古堡因为客房少服务也都比较随意，下次不会再来，对服务态度非常不满意。
