澳门少数提供免费WiFi的酒店，预定的海景套房，又是极少数可打开玻璃落地移门连大露台的房间。酒店门面较小，一不注意就错过了。内部是欧洲城堡式，台阶比较高，没有电梯上下不是很方便。房间内饰虽然有些旧，但是明显可以看出当时装修用料很实，不像现在的酒店基本都是空心材料。帮我们拎行李箱的一看就是做了很多年的老人了，中年大叔服务态度很好，让人感觉亲切，我们水果没吃但是他还是隔天来换新鲜的，还有每天都有送小点心，冰箱里的饮料也是全部免费提供的！
最大一个缺点就是出行交通不便，除非正好朋友在澳门，那么可以开车来接送。门口只有1辆公车到八佰伴、新马路那块，要么就是预定酒店的车，但是这个也不是随时都有的，尤其在晚上想出去吃个夜宵，没戏！出租车打电话几次也没成功叫到过。这点确实是个大麻烦、大问题。

挺不错的城堡酒店，干净安静人少，离妈祖阁很近，步行前去即可，不过澳门也不大的，就是打车不太方便！

酒店环境清优，可步行到亚婆井前地、郑家大屋、主教山，离妈祖阁也很近。酒店本身就是世界文化遗产，内有小教堂。酒店服务贴心，卫生干净，值得推荐。
