来澳门前做了很多酒店功课 悦榕庄 JW都考虑过 但是最后还是决定选择RC，因为超级豪华的大浴缸。亲子游我最考虑的一点就是轻松愉快，带着孩子一定要选硬件设施好，服务质量高的酒店。孩子很喜欢大浴缸泡澡，一天嚷嚷要泡澡好几次。RC Kidz的服务理念也非常让人难忘，蜡笔，沐浴小玩具，帐篷，儿童睡袍，拖鞋，洗漱用品一应俱全。叫餐服务也是非常方便快速。还有三楼的儿童乐园和天浪淘园，真的是太棒了。而且因为不是节假日，RC的露天泳池人很少很少，非常舒适。所有RC的酒店人员都很贴心，尤其是Jenny，漂亮，人也超nice，后期不管去哪里，只要有RC，都会考虑入住。

很好的服务态度，非常贴心，从51楼接待大堂，到53楼餐厅及一楼大堂的服务员都带着微笑，是我住过最好服务质素最好的酒店，没有之一，下次会带家里的小朋友再来住
