艺龙待定是明星双床房，到店后前台说艺龙传过来的单床房，联系艺龙协调无果，叫我自己垫付双床差价，但是前台说房间已满没发升级更换成双床，再次很艺龙电话要求要么这条更换要么退钱，但多次跟四个不同艺龙工作人员电话后，都无果，至今未补钱给我，大家应该一起来抵制艺龙这个平台

办理入住时升级了房型，虽然加了大几百，感觉是值得的～毕竟有小盆友房间大点活动空间更好。酒店工作人员贴心服务周到，第一时间给安排了，没让我们多等。第一次住氹仔那边，新濠影汇给我们留下了非常好的回忆。
