登记入住卜花了半个多小时，到21楼的房间空调不凉，还有臭味。工作人员来看了帮我们换到25楼，直接给我们房卡自己上去，一点都不像5星级的服务，因为是家里老人家住的，她们也不懂要换高层电梯，最后到服务台问才知道，到25楼的房间发现桌子上柜子上都有很多灰尘，脏！很不满意！
