确实是当地最好的酒店，大堂特色衣着服务生很友善，房间很不错，离当地特色饮食很近，很是值得向大家推荐。

是当地最好的酒店，毕竟是大品牌。
但是虽然是旅游旺季，但是我想服务还需要提高。当时预定的时候说好的需要双床房的，结果到了以后说只有大床房了，结果两个大男人挤一个大床，你说有多尴尬？
另外，酒店前台的check out的速度也有待提高，光退房就退了将近一个小时。把我后面的行程全都打乱了。
夜景很漂亮。

酒店设施不错, 服务热情, 客房和前台都不错. 餐厅服务够热情但不够专业,自助餐的菜品不好.环境不错.
特备感谢郑丽丽经理的热情服务和帮助.在入住期间的给予我们很多的帮助.
硬件总体不错,但软件有待更进一步的提高.

太棒了，通过elong很优惠价格定到这个酒店。窗口风景很美。地方也很方便，可能满洲里本来就很小吧，去哪里吃饭都容易。酒店典型五星级标准，服务也是五星级。赞。
