很糟糕的一次入住感受：退房不能当天开发票，要邮寄，且开增值税专用发票则需要提供一般纳税人的证明材料（提供了地址、电话、税号、账号、营业执照复印件等开票资料也不行），在此前后几天住北京、无锡的酒店开增值税专用发票都不需要一般纳税人的证明，对此要求，限于时间受限无奈之下只好放弃；退房时与前台联系叫部出租车去机场，结果叫来一部黑车，一问司机告诉说：没发票60元，坚决放弃，在酒店门前招了部出租车，当然有发票，30元车费。凡此种种与香格里拉酒店的名气太不相配了，遗憾！这样的酒店管理😳
