住的是行政楼，因为房间来客人抽了几只烟，结账的时候居然要多收一天的房费1800块钱，而且处理这件事情的服务员表情硬邦邦的把自己当警察了，请问你们有权利执法吗？服务态度简直是太差了，不会再去住了。
