虽然入住有点小插曲，但没有影响到入住心情，地理位置很好，二楼中餐非常好吃，周边吃的也很多。高楼层的风景也超美，酒店的员工非常有礼，知道我们离开得早，非常贴心送一包美味的面包，小朋友也收到超爱的礼物。下次一定会入住！

我能说是我住过最差的香格里拉吗？洗漱用品不是欧舒丹的，早餐种类也是我住过的香格里拉里最少的，感觉好像是个山寨香格里拉

免费帮我们升级了豪华阁，酒店装修很好很干净，一如既往的品质和服务，住的很舒服，满洲里城市夜景很漂亮，位置很好，就在湖边，吃的周围很多。

临湖位置不错，酒店比较老，客房设施商务够用，度假差点。酒店服务及餐离香格里拉水平相差甚远，西餐厅关门，早餐标准最多四星。服务某些方面比较较劲跟业余，香格里拉这个酒店业的黄埔军校不该这种水准，介绍里的儿童乐园也没有，住宿体验不值这个价格。

升级到了更高楼层，房间内饱览北湖公园可见的满洲里夜景。服务人员态度热情。瑕疵是淋浴间花洒支架松掉了，必须一手拿着洗，有点蛋疼，但东西都铺开了就懒得喊人了。以后客人退房后查房可以更仔细些
