订了两晚，入住当天马桶就没水冲，打电话到前台，说水泵坏掉，拿了个脸盆上来接水倒进水箱才能冲水。第二天下午至第三天上午直接停水，没通知，打电话到前台才告知酒店的水泵没修好，搞到洗澡、如厕都成问题。今时今日这种服务态度、管理水平实在太差劲，酒店水泵坏掉，应该通知客人才对，好让客人作选择。退房前一晚，打电话到前台，告知22点左右会修好，结果到第三天上午退房还没有水。
