1. 同样是一房一厅，但是配套就完全不一样。一间有两台冰箱和一台落地灯，另一间不仅没有冰箱和落地灯，就连梳妆台椅都没有。br2. 前台服务态度懒散，对于顾客的咨询爱理不理。br3. 房间服务有待提高，没有及时补充物资，如纸巾。br4. 保安人员态度非常恶劣，不仅不指引顾客停车，还对顾客询问停车是否摆正，不做任何回复，还骂顾客。br5. 电梯关门速度过快，来店住宿的基本都有携带行李，可是行李还没有完全进入电梯，电梯门就关上了。

环境好，管理差。主要表现在楼道房间霉变味道重，订好的江景房入住时变成城景房。团体出行房间没有安排在同一楼层。
生活没有配套，马桶冲不了水。
房间的瓶装水超级贵，近20元一支！
