房间卫生没有打扫干净 还留有垃圾 前台服务员态度生硬 再看了订单的情况下 不优先处理客人的问题 还让客人自己联系代理公司 既然你放单给代理 代理的问题你们不自己解决沟通吗 早餐一般 完全没有星级酒店的标准 也就是装修勉强及格 软件部分差太远
