整个酒店的卫生环境设备都不错，隔音也非常好，要是说缺点，可能到送的餐不太好吃，而且离店的时候才发现冰箱内的饮料消费要额外交百分之12的服务费，不太懂这个规定

一直停留在第一次的好印象中，那次妈妈第二天赶飞机，房间叫餐，特意给我们打包了一份早点路上吃，国内酒店从未有过，后来但凡要我推荐南昌住宿，我都是文华，以至于每次南昌出差，虽然远，却依然选择喜欢住到这边，南昌的五星全部住过，最喜欢香格里拉和这家文华，但这次闹了点不愉快，首先入住那天，房间一股酸菜味道，换房，服务生都说一股烟味还不如住酸菜，好吧，一日三餐房间叫餐解决，第二天真心吃腻了，菜单从去年第一次住文华就没换过，菜都吃遍，天气热，又不想出门，让本来送文件的朋友带一份水果，结果到好，直接拦在门外，因为带了吃的，说送外卖不让进，那是我朋友什么叫送外卖的，你们以貌取人就算了，还一定要我穿睡衣下去大堂口，我说我不想换衣服不太方便，那么让你们行李生拿到电梯口吧，我不想穿个睡袍穿过你们大堂，跟接线员说不听，又转经理，经理第一次直接挂我电话，第二次各种解释，说有送外卖嫌疑的，带吃的，都不让进，朋友得知我在南昌出差，也是一片心意让人送吃的，没想到酒店这样不近人情，确实，很多五星都不允许外卖进来，但一般沟通后保安会送至电梯口，最后各种解释，说是我朋友过来探望，麻烦让他进来…总之，以后还是住香格里拉吧…
