本次出行档次相对较高但体验最差的一间酒店，预定豪华标间，给了我高级标间，进去看了房型不对再次问前台，前台不承认说这就是豪华房，后来问了服务部对应的房号是什么房型，说是高级房，洗手间的那扇移门也是坏的，后来说换豪华房换到隔壁，房型一模一样，给我的解释我也没听懂，除夕夜也不想纠结就住下了，第二天开车出车库，也没人提醒我要停车券又大冷天跑去一楼拿，虽然不是酒店的义务但林林总总，体验太差了

两年前来住过，印象非常好，这次继续入住，明显感觉到不如之前了，早餐便宜了品质也降低了很多很多，房间设置日趋老旧，还是希望能继续保持原有水平吧

我住过的五星级里面最最最垃圾的，酒店设施老旧，房间里一股臭味，早上服务员开门而入，反映酒店房间有臭味，什么补偿也没有，就说下次来给你升级房间，房间臭味都这样了，你觉得我下次还会入住你们酒店是吗？我说减免部分房费，酒店说不可以，我没让你们减免全部费用就不错了，垃圾的不能再垃圾，谁住谁后悔
