提前2周预定的豪华景观房，特意为庆祝纪念日而来，电话再三留言备注了房间布置和楼层环境的要求！如住当日前台一实习生模样的接待办的check in ，结果事先交代好的房间布置不见踪影不说，给的居然是低一等级的基础房型！且整个房间烟味儿弥漫令人作呕！虽经投诉反馈后及时处理并很快更换了相应的房间，但耽误时间不说，整个行程心情大打折扣！酒店对迎宾和员工的培训管理真的离洲际的品牌相距甚远，有很大提升空间！客人进门手提多件行李行动不便也不见门童及相关人员上前询问和提供行李车！健身房更是空无一人无人看管旁人随意进出在训练区聊天！在酒店用餐两次，一次被疑似酒店营销人员推销办理酒店会员，多次委婉示意其勿打搅竟我行我素，旁若无人；另一次自助午餐居然用餐未果却被催着结账！如此礼遇出现在洲际管理旗下连锁五星酒店简直匪夷所思！当然酒店的景观资源、卫生硬件设施和性价比还是有一定优势的！希望酒店管理层能针对以上问题多加改进！毕竟软件的优势才是留住客人最大的吸引所在！
