突然有了四天假，想到三清山玩，就借道南昌。因为飞机晚点，到达酒店已经是深夜10点多，前台的帅哥很热情地接待了我。礼宾部的斯文帅哥更是看到一脸疲惫的我帮我把行李拿到房间门口，帮顶好房门后让我顺利拉行李通过，特别表扬和感谢一下～第二天吃完早餐回房间取行李退房，下楼时出错楼层，外方的美女主管还帮忙摁住电梯并提醒，谢谢～其实铂尔曼的服务不错，个人认为看待问题应该客观公正，不能因为一点小事就否定整个酒店的服务工作。
