经常住这里，前台都很好，有次生病了，前台人员都过来问候，还说送我去医院。让我们这些出差在外的人感觉特别贴心。就是价位稍微高了点！

位置非常好 对面有美食街 过年10点还有药店 毕竟后面就是住宅 万达茂也是步行几分钟而已 里面就是应有尽有了
酒店服务很棒 特别是Aaron经理在前台办完入住后又主动帮我们把大大小小包拎上楼 很热情！

该酒店主要是向万达游乐场的游客提供住宿服务，酒店的品牌很好，国际品牌，装修也算OK，酒店很新，酒店周边环境也很好，紧傍美丽的九龙湖，酒店旁边的万达mall建筑很有特色，以世界著名的景德镇陶瓷为建筑元素，把整个商场建设的美轮美奂。酒店到万达游乐场也很近，唯一美中不足的就是酒店前台服务员的质量、素质简直是太差了，一点接待客人的礼貌都不懂。万达集团王健林老板投资上百亿在南昌打造万达旅游文化城，在硬件的建设上下了功夫，但是千万不能忽略软件的建设，要下功夫抓好服务质量，这样能更好打造企业品牌形象。
