前台小姐姐美丽且热心，房间乾净整洁，木质装修风格令人舒适，晚上非常安静没有任何噪音，马桶是加热马桶很贴心，早饭种类也很丰富。

酒店没有什麽细节上的问题，价位摆在这里，让我觉得很新颖的是这里的窗户，和店名相互映，不是传统的都市风景，做了一个内庭小竹林，和对象出游住在一起，给予的私密性大大提升

还有办公桌以及小沙发和喝茶桌子
衞生间也是乾湿分离的非常方便
早餐很好，鸭血粉丝汤真的很美味

短途来南京看演唱会 定了离火车站很近的这家酒店，非常满意。位於南京南站 北广场旁边 到火车站走路非常近。房间很宽敞明亮，全自动化系统 窗帘都是自动的。衞生很好，硬件软件都挺到位。下次来南京还会再选这家。早餐如能更丰富一些就更好。

南京石头集竹林酒店位置超便利，距南京南站不远，出行换乘省时省心。服务贴心周到，工作人员热情有礼，响应需求及时。房间陈设雅致，融入竹林元素，整洁舒适，设施齐全且实用，整体体验佳，无论是商务出行还是短途游玩都很合适。

这家酒店必须要被我狠狠表扬。
今年四月来南京时，我就住在这里。整体体验非常好，唯一的不足是大厅里偶尔有人吸烟，影响健康。我向酒店提出了这一点。当时酒店不仅非常重视，还认真回覆了我一篇长文，并承诺会进行整改。
十一月我再来南京，再次选择了这家酒店。这一次我惊喜地发现，他们的确落实了承诺：大厅和房间里不再摆放不合时宜的烟灰缸，取而代之的是显眼的“禁止吸烟”标识；大厅里再也没有人随意吞云吐雾。
?这一改变让我非常感动。
我感动的不仅是酒店环境的提升、让我的入住体验更加愉快，更因为酒店真正重视客人的意见——愿意倾听、愿意改进，才能不断提升服务品质、满足每一位客人的需求。这在如今的酒店行业里非常难能可贵。
我一年住的酒店，少説八十家、多则一百家，这家酒店给我的印象是最好的。
其他的：酒店位於南京南站咫尺之遥，房间面积大，很整洁，服务人员非常热情。早餐也很丰盛，是性价比很高的选择
真的只恨平台没有六颗星，否则我一定打满

Friendly welcome - smooth check in.
Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Slept very well.
Great location - even a non-Chinese speaker like me could find it and they were very proactive in sending out directions.
I would very much recommend if you are looking for a good value stay near Nanjing South station.

隔音很差，而且窗户特小，房间梳粧台很多灰，接近500的价格，上午8点多开始工作人员一直在説话，声音特别大，劝告多次，仍然一边打扫一边大声説话。

The location is very good, near Nanjing south railway station, it's about 5 mins walking time. You can reach by crossing the road. The room has xiaodu AI which you can controll the curtains, air-conditioning, lights and TV easily. There's laundry room at level 1, both washing machine and dryer are there. Overall a good experience in this hotel.

当天过生日提前备注了衞生要好一点，前台直接给升级房型了，很感谢前台小姐姐服务也很温柔。酒店环境很好奇，距离南京南站北广场只有一条马路之隔，所以交通很方便，但是相应的就是可能多一些噪音，不过我房间效果来看问题不大，可以睡觉。唯一美中不足的就是房间空调虽然是中央空调，但是制冷效果不咋样，我老是热得慌，其次就是餐厅早饭略简陋了一些，其余都很完美。
