We had a wonderful experience at Nanjing Citilink Hotel. The location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly and eager to help - even though they don’t speak English, they went out of their way to assist us.
We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the room was fantastic - clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything felt modern and well-maintained.
Would definitely stay again. Great value and a comfortable stay in a great part of the city.

Easy booking and check-in at the hotel even when arriving late, the place is very clean the staff is very friendly even when I don't know the Chinese language they helped me especially the employee Daisy she is nice and excellent she helped me book a taxi and went with me to get a Chinese SIM card and then went with me to the bank it was great to deal with her she speaks English and translated for me she is a really wonderful person, also they take good care of children and room service they have excellent responsiveness, there are excellent services and a shopping center near the hotel I was glad to stay for three days.

Every time I’ve stayed in this hotel and gotten the breakfast the coffee machine has been broken. For four months. So just go for breakfast outside. Otherwise the rooms are clean.

The hotel decoration is very beautiful, simple and atmospheric. Xiao Yang and Xiao Dong have a very good service attitude, they are very enthusiastic and considerate. This is the reason for coming back to stay here again.
