相對於早班辦理入住男性員工的彬彬有禮 笑容可掬 晚班前台的女性員工及接待員就顯得心事重重 不苟言笑 讓人望之卻步 而在新穎貼心舒適的裝修下 希望能改善因陽光西晒 導致房間高溫不退的問題 而出現劣質衣架割傷手指 是唯一敗筆 另外滿手鮮血拿著衣架到前台反應 是希望能重視這個小細節 沒想到工作人員給我的第一個反應是 換一個衣架給你好嗎？額。。。。我想我滿手血 應該不需要衣架了。。。。。。。

上次刚点评过酒店性价比底，酒店还打电话希望再给一次机会，再次入住居然再给安排到电梯口，早餐那个差的不能形容了，厨艺差，食材不新鲜，以后实在不要再考虑入住，房间味道一路既往的大

app订酒店几年了从来不评价，但这次的入住体验实在太差。在江宁的话一直都住万达嘉华，最近才知道金鹰尚美，就抱着试试的态度。
问题一：1921房间坐便器不断流水，关上卫生间门还是会听到，太影响睡眠！
问题二：房间外一直有类似于雷雨天轰隆隆地声音，从早上8点多被吵醒持续到10点多，然后又睡着了。（本人睡眠质量挺好的，一般情况很难被吵醒）原以为是打雷了，拉开窗帘大晴天……致电前台被告知可能是因为酒店5楼在装修。excuse me？8点就开始作业？把住客不当人？
从此远离金鹰尚美🙂
