卫生间还行，但房间的配套设施就明显不OK了，精品酒店、四星都会比这个好很多。看了评价觉得装修老是回避不掉的硬伤也可以包容，但洗漱用品也缺乏五星的标准、服务人员的态度非常普通，甚至不如亚朵、怡华的水平，住店停车也不给停酒店的停车场，只能停在附近。硬件不可控的时候，应通过可控因素弥补客户体验，希望可以改进。

装修有点老 但卫生很好 主要楼层高 落地窗挺好 还有观光电梯 服务员的态度不错 下次还会选择

毕竟是五星，优点也不少，只说差的地方。
1. 游泳池，桑拿都不开放。
2. 被子不透气，夏天盖很闷，睡不着。
3. 我住39楼，半夜有类似猫叫春，类似婴儿哭的声音，很吓人。反正以后不会入住了。
