存在以下几个问题：一、高楼层房间较为陈旧；二、房间内有偿提供的酒水要比金陵或希尔顿贵；三、礼宾部服务较差，门口的门童及黑衣接待简直连三星的标准都打不动；四、电梯的使用如果你是第一次住肯定会不太明白的；五、总台设施较为落后；六、房间内电视居然是老式的圆屏电视，而且噪音较大；七、高楼层的水压不够。
