酒店的交通非常方便，出门就有地铁1号线和公交车，这是这次我们南京之行感觉最舒服的体验。酒店很新，硬件设施不错，订的豪华双床房空间大，灯光亮堂，出门在外也有家的温馨感。酒店周围环境安静，完全没有噪音，放眼楼下眼界开阔没有阻隔。上楼坐电梯必须刷房卡，安全性好，电梯空间很大，乘坐非常舒服。如果说瑕疵有二，一是热水不够大，冷热调节不够顺畅；二是每天的房间用具更新不全，每天都得打电话催服务中心备齐，虽然每次都会热情解决，但服务的主动性不够，细节太糙。奔波劳碌一天回到酒店，还得操心矿泉水没送，或者沐浴液、洗发液没有，浴帽没添等等。不过总体感觉还是OK的，所以还是给五星评价作为鼓励，希望酒店服务更上一层楼，以后来南京还考虑住御冠。
