总提来说，没有住过比这还差劲的宾馆，不推荐入驻。原因有四：1、该宾馆分新旧两部分房子组成，我一报同程预定的，他们给我一间旧房的房间，后来知道明明有新房的房间空着，为什么不给我住新房子的房间呢？2、旧房间就旧房间喽，设备陈旧不说，房间桌子，电视机，地板等灰尘很厚，为什么不打扫呢？？3、晚上睡觉前一看，这枕头很黑很影响睡欲，直接找总台让他们换干净的，不过这更换速度还比较满意。4、第二天大清早，去总台退房，结果等了二十多分钟一个人都没有，最后知道原来服务员，都回家睡觉去啦，很牛啊！有一点好的，就是很安静。

宾馆在一条有幽静的路上，设施有点陈旧，但还是很干净的，周围环境很不错，出门坐车也还好，北面有小吃的街，西面有便利店！

个人觉得这家酒店适合要求不高，也不想太贵的客人居住，虽然酒店装潢已久，但卫生还行，而且院内可免费停车，挺好的，最近我已入住两次了

酒店位于总统府附近，可以停车，位于地铁站边上，出行很是方便。是自驾旅行南京城很方便实惠的一个住处。。。
