客房鲲主管和黄经理的服务态度都很好很专业，楼下有机场大巴很方便，房间卫生很干净，还有游泳池真的是不错选择，下次入住还会选择入住该酒店，再次给鲲主管和黄经理点赞👍

酒店设施不错，有泳池健身房，位置就在南湖公园，黄新连经理服务热情周到，赠送的果盘和甜品很贴心，江惠雯不仅人有气质，待人接物很有礼貌，还帮我怀孕的太太端早餐等服务让人感觉很是温馨舒适。

酒店环境很好，地理位置优越，设施齐全，附近就是南湖名树博览园，可以观赏到南湖美景。出发前，酒店会询问到达时间，对房间的特殊要求。服务也很周到，未到房间，楼层主管林鲲已早早在门口热情迎候，送上果盘，晚上还亲自送来甜品，服务热情，点赞??此次体验很好，有机会还会再来！
