楼层主管林鲲服务很好，周边环境很好，房间卫生很干净，楼下有机场大巴非常方便，南湖就在旁边散步是不错的选择，还有游泳池夏天入住可以去哦，这是典型的五星级酒店，入住还有甜品赠送，真是不错的选择，最主要的是要给林鲲点赞，楼层服务员方梅娇服务员也不错，给酒店人员都点赞！

第一次入住沃顿酒店，酒店服务很好，位置绝佳，环境好，很安静，独立在南湖公园旁边空气非常好，交通及方便，有机场直达大巴车，最早班次5：30，末班车21：00，每半点及准点发车超级方便，靠近地铁南湖站，乘坐高铁出行也方便。周边购物也便利。距离中山路美食街也很近。酒店工作人员更是服务热情，有礼貌，刚入住客房，楼层黄经理送来热的红豆甜品及水果，还主动介绍房间设施，帮忙链接WIFI,服务非常贴心，点赞，住店感受非常满意！很好！房间也不错，窗户面湖方向，风景美，卫生干净，整洁，床品舒适，羽绒被暖和，非常棒！五星好评，值得推荐！
