网上预定的套房，结果艺龙给酒店错把单下成了普通房，造成到店无法入住，耽搁了很长时间，不得不额外又补了差价，虽然最后经过反复沟通艺龙一周后把差价返还了，但是没有任何道歉和补偿，差评给艺龙，与酒店无关。酒店前台经理服务很好，为她的敬业点个赞。
