整体不错，但一楼餐厅前台服务人员素质有待提高，2月20日晚六点半左右，带着身高一米四孩子前去就餐，问自助餐为什么不能按儿童半价？答曰规定身高一米二至一米四的才能半价。继续问那问什么一米四就不能呢？难道“一米二至一米四”的意思是不含一米四吗？答曰：没有为什么，就是不能，一米四就要全价！
本来住了两天对贵酒店印象挺好，临走前一晚被这位蛮横无理的服务员坏了心情。
希望加强餐厅前台接待服务人员的培训。
