带着小孩过来住的，小朋友很喜欢这边，入住还帮拿行李，总台服务很好，房间床上用品也都很干净，值得下次再来！！！

服务超好，超出预期，有点提供甜品，汽水，茶水还有水果 隔音情况：非常安静，我平时睡觉很轻，但是在这里完全听不到楼道和隔壁的声音，非常赞 地理位置：离地铁站很近很方便，旁边的小路一直走也可以步行到鼓楼好吃的很多 最后点赞一下最后一天帮忙办理退房的前台小姐姐，服务态度很好，很贴心

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，前台小王姑娘很热情服务非常人性化，第一次到宁波旅游，感谢王姑娘给了我很多关于普陀山的线路，早餐厅刘经理也很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。下次来还要住她们家酒店。
