此酒店旋转门进店，一走到旋转门那里冷气特别足，旋转门进去花香扑鼻而来，让客人感觉很好。入住手续很快办完，进入房间，窗明几净，不到5分钟客房服务员就送来了水果，让人感觉温馨，床应该是很好的弹簧床，睡着也很舒服，洗澡用的喷头水流很足，但是打到身上一点不疼，下午我们出门溜达，回来后发现客房服务员还进来打扫了一遍，床上送了两个折纸小花，感觉特别好！唯一不足的是洗手台设置在客房里面，跟床一帘相隔，会不会有点潮，隐约看到一只小飞虫。但是该酒店的众多的优点和细节处理足以弥补装修设计上的不足，晚上回到酒店，服务员已将睡前小饼干和酸奶放到了床头，这个价位能够做到这么用心，也是很难得啊！最后希望酒店生意越来越好，顾客盈门！

酒店的服务很贴心，一入住前台看到我们有小孩，马上细心的送来了小孩专用的拖鞋、牙具等等，还前后给我们送来了水果和小点心，让人感觉很温暖。酒店设施也不错，早餐非常丰盛，这个价位，个人觉得性价比很高，下次来宁波还会选择凯利的。
