我也算是凯利酒店的忠实客户了，一个月至少来住一次，每次来我都是给五星好评，但这次入住服务有待改进，晚上8点到酒店吃晚饭，点了4个菜，上了2个还有一个乳鸽直到9点都没上，原来是没有了，那跟我说一声换个菜，没有人说的让我干等，第二件事早上退房，一个姓千的戴眼镜的女的让我扫描微信我说不用的我每个月来住的你们电脑里有我公司的存档，她先说没有存档然后手写，接着又说电脑里有了，这不寻开心吗？凯利酒店前台其他人都很热情，这个女人我也是第一次碰到业务这么差的
