平时不怎么喜欢评论，这次要说些什么了，在去年就因为酒店多扣了我2位自助餐费，在打了一个多月的电话才把钱退回，这次入住感觉更不好，先是房卡开不了门，去换房卡总台的态度很差，强调是新做的卡不会有问题，在反问我开的了楼上楼下跑是寻开心的时候才不情不愿地换了房卡，我需要的是一个道歉没想得到的是抱怨。第二件事是退房时遗留了一件T恤，打电话问居然说没有，这是让我想起来就觉的无语的事情，这还是豪生连锁酒店？
