定了高级房，到前台询问要大床还是双床，高级大床没有马上升级为行政大床房，是热情的送了水果，前台美女曾婵婵特别热情，服务到位，很喜欢这个酒店，不论服务还是硬件都喜欢，来宁波到位首选

酒店前台工作人员服务热情，接待周到，特别为他们的微笑服务点个赞。酒店位置近机场，有停车场。大门口接待也很贴心，车一到就帮开门，提行李!很适合带孩子旅行住，价格也很优惠!

酒店在城市主干道边上，离主城区很近，自驾的话，机场路高架引桥就在酒店门口，还是很方便的；酒店楼层比较高，视野开阔；这个档次的酒店是一定有停车场的，但是由于有其他的物业，进出车辆比较多；早餐还不错；室内设施完善，床还是很舒服的，我特别喜欢那个衣帽架

人很多，办理比较慢，还分A/B座，上去刷卡打不开，阿姨说走错了，17楼好像下来，前台说对的，房卡也没问题，换了一张卡，OK了！早餐不错，就是人太多了！
