第一次来宁波，选择了洲际，总体感受很赞。一进大厅前台，金钥匙看见我们一家三口很贴心的问候宝宝，还给宝宝送了小礼物。checkin的时候又免费帮我们升级了，之前要求的婴儿床也一早放在了房间。房间很大，晚上带宝宝出去回来后还做了夜床送了睡眠小点。早上的自助餐种类很多、很新鲜，服务人员一直关心桌面收餐，自助餐前台旁还有滑滑梯，宝宝玩的可高兴了。

整体高大上，大堂宏伟，早晚餐自助的元素西餐厅挑高有六七层楼高，且面积庞大。服务整体过硬，训练有素。客房有洲际的一贯水准，配备TOTO智能马桶，卫生打扫略有不足。健身中心不错，泳池水温及格，配有多
个儿童娱乐室。早餐种类品质满意，晚餐自助失望，138的促销价使市民蜂拥而至，争抢吵闹嘈杂一团糟，我建议酒店应调价至198/人，住店客人188/人，提高菜的品质。

订的行政房，房间很大，视野也非常开阔，行政房用的洗漱用品都是菲拉格慕，非常有档次，前台还送了2张饮料券，办理退房后还送了红酒，非常满意！下次来还会住宁波洲际酒店。

不愧是世界知名连锁豪华酒店，有健身房、游泳池、儿童乐园，很适合亲子娱乐，早餐也很丰富，只是儿童价也要近90块，好贵。总体来说不错，推荐
