坦白说我刚到酒店的时候印象很差，因为 在我排队check in 的 时候 不停有人插队， 还好Carnival Xu看到 并且主动 帮忙办理入住， 办理的时候他非常热情的推荐了宁波的美食，以及景点， 并且在我进房间后马上电话来确认房间是否有问题，他的热情以及服务态度确实是我在国内住了这么多的酒店也没有遇到过， 在第二天的时候在大堂也遇到他， 他记得我并且关心我的安排也给去了意见， 所以我想特别在这里表扬一下他。 另外酒店早餐很丰富， 门口的接待员（我不知道她的名字） 也是非常热情： 在用餐结束后也很热情的记得我的姓名， 并且送到电梯口， 总的来说： 宁波洲际到服务真的非常优秀也让我非常惊喜， 以后来还是会继续入住。谢谢么多的酒店也没有遇到过， 在第二天的时候在大堂也遇到他， 他记得我并且关心我的安排也给去了意见， 所以我想特别在这里表扬一下他。 另外酒店早餐很丰富， 门口的接待员（我不知道她的名字） 也是非常热情： 在用餐结束后也很热情的记得我的姓名， 并且送到电梯口， 总的来说： 宁波洲际到服务真的非常优秀也让我非常惊喜， 以后来还是会继续入住。谢谢。
