疫情期间酒店入住要求很严格、很缜密，48小时核酸必须出示，但是在形势如此严峻的情况下还会提供早餐服务，送到房间用餐保证了大家的健康安全👍管家很贴心

一进入酒店就感觉到大堂非常气派，前台人员服务很热情，还有一个小姑娘一路上耐心细致地为我介绍酒店的设施设备，服务周到。房间是整面落地窗，从30楼看去风景是真不错，特别晚上的夜景👍👍，另外三楼的游泳池水很干净，游一会儿泳真的非常舒服，健身房很大，里面器材很多，非常适合喜欢运动的朋友。

房间整洁干净，洗漱用品齐全，沐浴乳也很香，真没想到还有熨烫机，出门不至于衣服皱皱巴巴的。还有一些文具，茶包等等，小物件还是挺多的，好评👍

这家酒店的防疫措施做的非常到位，几个出入口都安排有专门的扫码测温人员，旋转门、电梯里面都有多次消毒记录，服务人员也都非常热情，房间都是在高楼层，房间很大，很大的落地玻璃，晚上万家灯火，夜景很漂亮，床比一般酒店的好像要大一点，睡得很舒服，房间卫生也很干净，遥控器、电话机上有酒精消毒过的味道，疫情期间，住得比较安心！

这是宁波的老牌五星酒店了，房间比较大，设施设备还可以，房间是落地窗，打开窗帘还挺敞亮的，视野是很ok的，帮忙办理入住的小姐姐态度很好，很nice，到房间的时候已经提前准备了水果😘，早餐是自助形式的，内容还挺丰富
