酒店好不好？除了设施、环境以外、还需要一些人情味。女儿生病了，申请退款，也讲明了原因，等好了还是会继续入住的。可是，电话打来，说酒店不同意退款。想想，觉得这么大的酒店，就700多块钱，瞬间让人觉得挺没人情味的。同样在别的地方，人家钱比你少一半，立马酒店就同意全额退款了。很多东西，还是希望多点人情味吧。
