开元酒店的服务很好，亲子房慕名而来，办理入住完成小朋友都有礼物送，接待我们的是黄燕玲小美女。人特别好，服务很棒！这边的实习生服务都很好。下次有机会还会再来

为了去罗蒙环球乐园来的宁波 酒店房间很不错适合带孩子来 小朋友在房间玩疯了 早餐不太满意 品种少 由于入住房间客人较多 加餐都不太及时 品质也一般 希望改进 下次会期待再来

服务真的没得说，送儿童礼物，还给我们儿童牙刷拖鞋，房间送了免费水果酸奶，前台小陈还帮我们讲解酒店的周围吃饭的地方，特别好，下次来宁波还住开元名都

早餐吃的特别不满意，估计有团队的原因，人实在太多，连坐的位置都没有，服务员都没能好好的安排，秩序很乱，吃的东西品类也没以前多，餐垫什么的都已经很破旧了，设施要跟的上五星酒店标准才好，希望日后有所改善。
