订酒店之前看了很久的评论，心里挺忐忑的。到了酒店门口礼宾员都很热情的帮忙开车门，拿行李。前台和客服服务都很好，因为先是预定了房车，后面两个孩子觉得不合适，又换到楼上亲子房，前台很热心的帮忙换。各种要求都满足了，哈哈，就是觉得挺不好意思的。森林狂欢两个宝贝很喜欢，虽说酒店时间久了点，但酒店软硬件设施都挺好，服务更好。下次来宁波会继续固定入住开元，不用来回换酒店了。特别特别要说的是，礼宾小宋服务特别好，很热心，谢谢了！为酒店和礼宾服务点赞。
