带孩子去罗蒙玩，距离罗蒙不远。来的早了没房间前台热情的帮忙寄存行李并给叫车！很好很满意，房间也够大，服务很好，送了孩子小礼物赠送了酸奶和水果！前台有个小姐姐服务超级好，给她点个赞

刚到大门口，就有礼宾员过来帮忙拿行李，进门就听见问候声，从这里就能看出一个酒店用心的服务，引领到前台办理入住手续时，客服菇凉送来了一杯欢迎茶水，真贴心，前台的每一位员工着装都很整洁，办理好手续有接待员带领我们到电梯口，并介绍早餐时间地点，住店客人免费享用的项目和快捷中心电话，讲的很详细，笑容甜美，房间卫生干净整洁，设备设施很齐全，大大的独立浴缸，Wifi网速很快，有送欢迎水果，周边有两个大的商场，打车几分钟能到，酒店地理位置挺好的，不远处还有个鄞州公园，走几分钟就能到，没事的时候可以去走一走，散散步，晚上的时候还有电话回访，很细心的服务，还免费提供了晚安牛奶，早餐厅环境也挺好的，还有轻音乐听起来很舒服，菜品很丰富，吃好饭看着天气还不错就去外围的小花园里走了一圈，安静，空气很好，中午办理退房时很快速，酒店是免费停车的，车位有很多，不用担心没车位。赞一下，下次还会过来住。
