酒店离万达很近，交通过去很方便。酒店装修风格还不错，看着还是挺新的，大堂很气派，明亮，豪华。前台的服务员都很nice，专业！热情，入住时还有茶水提供，太惊喜了，办理手续都很快，感觉还不错。到了楼层还有一位姑娘热情的问候，并引领我们到房间帮忙介绍房间设备设施，房间面积大，景观很好，卫生间干湿分离，洗手台有两个水池，浴缸也很特别大，而且还是独立的，打电话给快捷中心员工帮忙送一次性浴缸套时，声音都很亲切，超级喜欢，棒棒的。楼层员工送东西很快，房间都送了水果和酸奶，服务很贴心，19楼还有小朋友看书的地方，特别棒，来回走过大堂时员工也很热情的问候。酒店之前来宁波的时候住过，性价比超高。非常好！升级了房间。并且位置也很好，去哪里也都很方便。因为这里不在主商业区附近所以相对非常安静，停车有停车券，住店客人免费。游泳池健身房也很好！ 给人的感觉很自在，以后首选开元，真的很棒，推荐

就这还想让我给好评，每天的水果盘不叫不给送，催了10分钟也送不到；都4星酒店了，退房还要查房，特别慢，太耽误时间，累，很一般的酒店，性价比不高
