和家人一起来宁波旅游，在App上看到开元名都的评分很高，来体验一下，来到总台前办理入住手续，客服组的小姑凉送来了一杯凉凉的柠檬红茶，很解渴，也给休息区我的父母们到了两杯，前台员工帮忙办理入住时很专业、核对信息仔细，一共订了两个房型不一样的房间，看我们有带小朋友过来把房间帮忙把房间升级了一下，安排在同一楼层，考虑的很细心，预约了一个婴儿床前台员工说已经帮忙放在房间里了，很快速，询问是否我们有开车过来，如果有开车还是免费停放的呢，在前台盖一个停车章就好 很方便，办理好入住手续员工把我们送到电梯口，到了楼层还有一位关怀大使热情的问候，并引领我们到房间帮忙介绍房间设备设施，朝南的房间很大很宽敞，有送欢迎水果，淋浴很舒服，打电话给快捷中心员工帮忙送一次性浴缸套时，声音都很亲切，楼层员工送东西很快，来回走过大堂时员工也很热情的问候，总之这次体验很不错，服务非常好，推荐。很棒。
