环境很不错，运动馆也很棒，只是缺少近湖近水的服务和活动设施，比如划船，钓鱼，湖边SPA或是湖边咖啡小亭等。还是没把湖景资源做充足。当然，总统环境服务都是不错的！

地方比较偏僻，不过空气是很好。房间给的是一楼，唯一的缺点是蚊子太多，宝宝脸上被咬了好几个包。不过早餐还是挺好的，孩子吃的很好。

中餐厅很差，就我们一桌客人，上菜还超慢，买单也超级慢，真是服了。早餐，蛋挞、蛋糕没有了之后，好长时间都不重新供应。

新酒店，设施不错，很宽敞，而且干净，整齐。朝湖的房间，傍晚倚在榻上，看着湖水与夕阳相映成辉，很安逸。 下次去试试山景的 ，应该也很有意思。
服务没得说的，友好并且很贴心。晚餐我们是去中餐厅吃的，基本上全程服务，隔一会过来送东西换盘子。如果喜欢口味清淡一点的也可以提出，我们第一次不了解，有几道菜有一点点咸了，有点可惜。 准备不充分，没能去文体楼休闲一下，也很可惜。下次如果还去东钱湖还会选择这家。
