和家人出来玩，房间挺满意的，酒店工作人员都很热情，自助晚餐和早餐也很不错，特别给负责昨晚自助晚餐的李先生点赞，很周到也很热情～晚上酒店还贴心地送来了宁波汤圆和小食，总之是很愉快的入住经历～

我带着孩子和老人在艺龙网订了三个房间，到达酒店被告知由于酒店工作人员疏忽只给预留了一个。等待半个小时才给协调出2个房间，但是不在同一楼层。进了房间，满屋子烟味，打电话又被告知是吸烟房，要求换房被告知无房，最后投诉到经理才给换房。真的很无语，根本与豪华型酒店不匹配
