春节期间入住四天，很遗憾最后一天入住的时候很不愉快，房间2瓶免费水，之后叫了前台送了2瓶，但是酒店空调是中央空调，窗户开的有限，所以开着空调房间很闷不开又冷，年初三晚上亲戚家吃完饭回酒店叫前台送矿泉水，前台很无奈的答应但是客房人员过来要我付钱。那我到是要问下这个免费水你们房间收费标准在哪里?如果要收费提早通知啊，前台答应后，客房人家说要收费，我就奇怪了想赚小费也不能这样啊，再说我又不是叫你们送6瓶8瓶水咯。大冬天的晚上叫我们出去找买水地方吗?太不人性了，之前每年都入住你们，以后不会来了。客房服务人员有待提高服务。其它都还行。
