通过艺龙网订房，按高级标间的标准568元预付全部房费，但酒店安排的是副楼普通商务标间298元一间，即使加上考试加价，单间房费也相差170元。酒店和艺龙联合欺诈消费者吗？酒店还不予解释，希望给予说法。减少此类欺诈行为
