考试来住的，之前没有找好一起的小伙伴。自己一个人住。房间没得说，服务没得说，毕竟价格在的。只是在副楼上住着。没有电梯拖着行李箱爬四楼很不放方便。房间宽敞干净，有一盆绿植，卫生间也可以。出门不行两三分钟就是一条商业街和宁大校医院，很方便，对于第一次去的人很友好，住在这里不会满校园找不到的乱跑。只是因为要空腹体检错过了早餐，有点小遗憾~复试来的，宁大有缘再会了

感觉套间不错，挺干净的，只是感觉层高有点低，其他都不错。两个卫生间，一个卧室和一个客厅是分开的，不是那种敞开式的。以后有机会，还会再去的

不足：上楼的时候没有电梯，晚上睡觉的时候空调有点响，还有就是会有排气扇的声音，窗帘稍微有点透光。优点：离学校近，离商业区近，房间很整洁，装修也很好。总的来说还是很好的。

花427元， 住学校的招待所，纱窗是坏的， 洗面台发霉， 电源插座没有电。所有一切，感到失望。要不是女儿要考试，早就要与他们评理了。

距离近，在学校里面，环境安静，室内设施齐全，卫生干净，前台服务员态度好，有餐券，食物种类多样，味道好！
