已经住了很多次了，总体评价很一般，价格不便宜但是服务跟不上，每次住进去一件事情看床上用品是否干净，很遗憾没有一次是干净的，每次都是头发还有水渍，电话客房服务更换，直接说需要收服务费，我说刚住进来的，每次如此！还有早餐，我是住了两天，第一天，早餐零时改到4楼，住进去的时候没有任何人提醒，我先到了楼才发现没有，又转到去4楼，一堆人等电梯，第二天我去4楼吃早饭，又没有任何通知的换到了一楼。最后一次住这家，如家或者汉庭这种快捷酒店都比你们的服务好，知道吗？

实在忍不住要给差评，下次绝不入住世茂大酒。一、酒店设备坏损，洗个澡水可以穿过玻璃门，流满台盆前的地面，差点摔跤。换个方向朝里洗，水就流到厕所，浴室和厕所可是有玻璃隔断的啊！第二天修理人员进来打了点硅胶，气味满屋还没修好，水照样流；二、酒店大门前管理及其混乱，车子乱停且没人管理，进酒店的路经常被堵的无法通行，要等上很久或退出去让行；三、酒店外的地面停车位，被当地的各种车子停的满满的，找个车位十分困难；四、酒店有几个大楼下面的地下车位，不属于酒店管理，所以停车要收费20元，酒店一天只提供一张停车券，这就意味着你一天只能进出一次，如果你想开车去吃个饭，回来想停地下车库的话，就要付20元；五、酒店和办公楼、饭店混在一起，人员复杂，电梯要等很长时间；六早餐品种较少，咖啡机坏了，住三天也没看见修好。

房间很大，女儿很喜欢，她上床一会儿就睡着了，睡的很香，我们住在27楼，窗外风景不错，下次来宁海了还会考虑入住的！
